Annual Meeting to be held on July 13 at 9:00. (There will be no regular business meeting since moving to bi-monthly, even-numbered months.)

Election of Officers: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are all 1-year terms, so must be elected.

Election of Directors: The 7 directors are on rotating, 3-year terms. Each year, 2 or 3 terms expire. .
