Marc Morgan walks the Shores nearly every morning. It’s a great way to meet the neighbors, and start the day with energy and focus. This time of year his walks begin before sunrise, but by the time he works his way down to the point the sun is usually up, which is good because otherwise he would have missed this bald eagle perched in a tree at the end of Tulsa, by the point. The light was new, and the zoom on his phone camera was limited. But you can still see that it’s very obviously a gorgeous bald eagle basking in the relative warmth of this December morning.
