Welcome to Woodland Shores

Woodland Shores is a private community enjoyed by its property owners, variously, as a lakeside retreat, a vacation paradise, and a full-time home. Our community members engage in many different occupations and pursuits, but share one specific trait in common: a genuine appreciation and affection for “The Shores.”

Use of WSPOA common areas and amenities is available only to Woodland Shores property owners and their guests. Vehicle access to boat ramp, docks, and parks require vehicle stickers and/or guest hang tags (visibly displayed) distributed upon payment of lot dues. Additional guest permits may be purchased from the current WSPOA treasurer.

A list of WSPOA-established community guidelines is posted on community bulletin boards at both neighborhood entrances, at the park near the community center, and on this website.
